  • All sales are final. We’re unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges at this time.

    That said, we always want you to be happy with your order. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not quite right, please email us at morganlimkeman@mosmiles.co with your order number and a short description (or photo) of the issue.

    Emails must be sent within 14 days of receiving your purchase, and we’ll respond as soon as possible — typically within 3 business days.

    Before checking out, please take a moment to review your order details and shipping information carefully. Once an order is placed, we’re not able to make changes.

  • We get your MoSmiles goodies ready to ship within 2–3 business days of receiving your order, and most packages are on their way within 3-5 business days (often sooner!).

    Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking info so you can follow your happy mail on its journey to you.

    During busy seasons, like holidays or special promotions, please allow a little extra time for processing. We promise we’re working hard to get your order to its forever home as quickly as possible!

  • Yes! We love sending smiles all over the world. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

  • As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow your package all the way to its new home!

  • Morgan is 5'5" and around 140 lbs. She typically wears a medium in most clothing, and that’s her go-to size in our joggers for a relaxed fit. For sweatshirts and hoodies, she likes them extra cozy and slightly oversized, so she usually goes with a large or XL.

    Most of our pieces are made for comfort — the kind you can curl up in or throw on for a coffee run. If you like that easy, comfy feel too, going up one size will give you that just-right cozy look.

  • Many of our pieces are high-quality embroidered items, so they do need a little extra love to keep them looking perfect. Here’s what we recommend:

    • Wash on cold with like colors.
    • Do not tumble dry — air dry flat whenever possible.
    • Do not iron directly on embroidery.
    • Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.
